Application are invited to grant of incentive for Excellence in Academic Achievement in 10th and 12th standards examination for academic year 2022-23 conducted by recognized Boards for the Children of Postal Employees excluding GDS subject to the following conditions
Five awards will be awarded in each of the following groups purely on merit i.e. on the basis of marks obtained in 10th and 12th standard examination subject to the minimum percentage of marks shown against each group

A common merit list for the entire circle will be drawn for each group showing the % of marks up to 2decimals. The Merit list will contain name of the students of all boards (state Board ,CBSE etc) subject to the minimum % fixed above . The students be sanctioned with award as mentioned below
